About Us
From the creators of La Choza Home, Parador La Choza de Mar was born in 2016 on the sand of Mansa Beach of Jose Ignacio.
Immediately became an icon in Jose Ignacio for its construction and proposal of sobriety with style, relaxed and attractive for local and international visitors.
The Project
HOMES
La Choza Homes de Mar, Arenas de José Ignacio, will open its doors next december 2026.
Located in one of the most exclusive areas of Punta del Este, Uruguay, South America and the world. Seven homes including, three bedrooms ,one in suite and two in semi suite,playroom, living, dining room, bar, interior fireplace, kitchen,service room , covered gallery and exterior deck with private heated pool.
They will have a grill and exterior firefighter, and will be furnished, equipped and decorated with this unique style.
The project includes controlled perimeter security, maintenance of the overall premises , gardening for both common areas and individual units, pools, and weekly cleaning for each unit. General administration as well as management for each unit, is also included.
